Job summary

SPOKE is seeking an Art Director to join the Brand team in Richmond, VA. You will own campaigns and ecommerce photography from brief to delivery, working hands-on with a small in-house team including a Creative Producer to handle logistics.

You’ll oversee the full creative process from concept, direction, shoot, to post, maintaining a clear point of view and high standards across volume campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of art direction experience, ideally in-house at a fashion or lifestyle brand (agency background considered).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign concepting and ecommerce or product photography direction.
• Sharp visual instincts with a clear point of view; you know what good looks like.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development on campaigns from concept to final delivery.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts with a confident point of view.
• Art direct shoots (still and video) in-studio or on location with attention to detail.
• Own shot lists, mood boards, and creative direction documents.
