The Account Planning & Success Manager will own on-time, accurate execution across a book of business within our Media team, collaborating with Sales, AdOps, and clients to drive campaign success in pharmaceutical and wellness spaces.

Based in New York City with a hybrid schedule, you’ll build media plans, validate inventory, handle changes, and support renewals through proactive partnership

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and client services skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build and revise media plans within SLA, ensuring accuracy and deliverability.
• Validate inventory feasibility before plan is sent to client.
• Handle day-to-day changes, optimizations, and maintenance of media plans and invoicing.
• Collaborate with AdOps, Performance, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution and meeting KPIs.
• Flag billing or IO discrepancies and keep systems in sync.
