Job summary

RVO Health is seeking a Manager, Account Planning & Success in the Charlotte area. You will oversee campaign planning and execution, ensuring on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with AdOps, Performance, Sales, and other teams to optimize campaigns, manage billing requirements, and improve revenue accuracy. This hybrid role fits a data-driven communicator with 3+ years in digital media.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital publishing sales support or a digital agency in planning or buying (pharmaceutical experience is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication and client services skills.
• Proactive, with ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and revise media plans within SLA with accuracy for client delivery.
• Validate inventory feasibility before plans go live.
• Manage day-to-day plan changes, optimizations, and invoicing data in OMS.
• Collaborate with AdOps, Performance and internal teams to meet KPIs and billing needs.
• Identify discrepancies and keep systems in sync for clean confirmations.
• Own data accuracy in sales workflow tools.
