Job summary

Yobi is hiring a Campaign Operations Manager to own the technical execution behind every Yobi campaign. This role is the engine for campaign configuration, data integrity, and measurement validation, driving evidenced-based optimization.

You will work behind Client Partners, delivering validated insights and enabling close collaboration with DSP vendors. The ideal candidate is product- and operations-obsessed, seeks robust processes, and pushes for the best technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in ad operations, campaign management, or adtech technical operations.
• Hands-on experience with a major DSP (The Trade Desk, Nexxen, or Yahoo DSP).
• SQL knowledge and comfort querying large datasets in Databricks or similar.
• Fluency with pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution methodology.
• Comfort using browser developer tools to inspect requests and tag firing.
• Experience with identity resolution, audience activation, and tag management systems.
• Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solver and cross-functional collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Configure advertisers, campaigns, audiences, segments, and pricing; maintain records.
• Create pixels, coordinate log delivery, and manage client implementation.
• QA tracking and attribution ahead of launch; verify delivery and audience health.
• Diagnose pacing, delivery, and audience match; propose DSP-side optimizations.
• Build and refine audiences to meet delivery and performance targets.
• Own tracking integrity end to end; reconcile numbers across platforms.
• Document campaigns and data workflows; standardize recurring processes.
• Lead technical onboarding on complex accounts; present diagnostics.
