  • Serve as a primary point of contact for government clients and internal leadership, providing strategic counsel, status updates, and issue resolution throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Manage campaign timelines, workplans, and deliverables, identifying risks and course-correcting to keep initiatives on track
  • Oversee earned and owned social media planning and placement in partnership with media and digital teams to maximize reach among priority audiences
  • Lead message and creative development, campaign performance monitoring, and reporting, using data and evaluation findings to refine strategies
  • Ensure all campaign materials align with client brand guidelines, federal plain language and accessibility requirements (e.g., Section 508 compliance), and applicable review and clearance processes
  • Mentor and guide junior campaign and account staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture
  • Monitor emerging trends in public health communication, social and behavior-change marketing, digital media, and artificial intelligence-enabled tools to keep campaign approaches current and effective
The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience managing integrated marketing communications plans in federal government public health settings
