Job summary

Roimedia360 is seeking a Campaign Manager to own the day-to-day coordination and execution of podcast, radio, YouTube, social, streaming, and influencer campaigns. You will work with Account Directors, Media Buyers, Analytics, and partners to ensure campaigns launch on schedule and are optimized for performance.

The role emphasizes problem-solving in a fast-paced agency setting, thorough reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional results for ecommerce brands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, media operations, account coordination, or advertising agency operations.
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed recommendations.
  • Familiarity with podcast, radio, streaming, YouTube, influencer marketing, or other performance media channels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with media planning, reporting, or project management platforms such as Strata, Looker, Basecamp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Ability to anticipate problems, prioritize effectively, and execute with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day coordination and execution of podcast, radio, YouTube, social, streaming, and influencer campaigns.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns while balancing shifting priorities and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, creative assets, vendor communications, and launch requirements to ensure flawless execution.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and spend throughout each campaign, proactively identifying and escalating issues before they impact performance.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and identify trends, pacing variances, and optimization opportunities.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of insertion orders, post logs, reporting, trafficking, and billing to ensure accuracy before client delivery.
  • Partner with the Media, Analytics, and Finance teams to reconcile campaign spend, maintain reporting integrity, and ensure alignment across Strata, Looker, and internal reporting systems.
  • Prepare weekly campaign performance summaries, client presentations, and post-campaign recaps highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate talent onboarding and fulfillment, ensuring creative assets, product samples, talking points, and campaign instructions are delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, including insertion orders, contracts, campaign assets, reporting, reconciliations, and vendor communications.
  • Own recurring operational deliverables, including pacing reports, reconciliations, reporting schedules, and vendor follow-up.
  • Proactively communicate risks, delays, or campaign concerns while recommending solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, reporting accuracy, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Campaign Manager, you will own the day-to-day coordination and execution of integrated audio and influencer campaigns from launch through reporting and reconciliation. Key Responsibilities
