Job description

We’re a performance media agency that helps e-commerce brands succeed by delivering strategic and results-driven marketing solutions. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and deadline-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients.

As a Campaign Coordinator at ROI MEDIA 360, you’ll be a key player in driving the performance and precision of our audio and influencer campaigns. You’ll work closely with Account Directors, Media Buyers, and the Analytics team to ensure campaigns are launched flawlessly, tracked accurately, and optimized for measurable ROI.

This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with data, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of audio and influencer campaigns across radio, podcast, YouTube, social and streaming platforms.
  • Coordinate all campaign deliverables, timelines, and vendor communications to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track campaign performance data weekly and help identify trends, pacing variances, and optimization opportunities.
  • Review post logs, insertion orders, and performance reports to verify accuracy and completeness before client submission.
  • Partner with the Media and Analytics teams to reconcile spend, ensure reporting integrity, and maintain alignment across Strata, Looker, and internal dashboards.
  • Assist with the preparation of weekly performance summaries, client decks, and campaign recaps that highlight key insights and learnings.
  • Monitor pacing and spend accuracy across campaigns, escalating discrepancies to the Account Director or Media Lead as needed.
  • Coordinate talent onboarding and fulfillment processes, ensuring all creative assets, samples, and read instructions are delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation — including IOs, logs, performance data, and reconciliation records.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and cross-team collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in media coordination, campaign operations, or account support within a performance-focused agency or advertising environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify performance drivers.
  • Familiarity with audio, influencer, or direct-response media (podcast, radio, or streaming).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace; experience with Strata or Looker is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across internal and external teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a drive for accuracy, accountability, and measurable results
