Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to scale marketing efforts by powering campaign execution, ensuring data readiness, and enhancing operational foundations. You will collaborate with Demand Gen, Events, and Marketing leadership to launch programs cleanly and in line with best practices.

You will gain hands-on experience in marketing automation, campaign governance, and scalable program frameworks while contributing to the success of high-impact marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign support.
• Working knowledge of Marketo or another marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with QA processes, checklists, and documentation.
• Ability to follow established processes while also contributing to their continuous improvement.
• Clear written communication skills for documentation and internal enablement.
• Comfortable managing intake requests and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Powering Campaign Execution: Support the execution of marketing campaigns by creating and managing programs, ensuring data accuracy and readiness.
• Own intake and complete program builds for select stakeholders, helping teams move faster while staying aligned to best practices.
• Clone approved program templates and populate program data using provided token information for review and approval.
