Job summary

AOPA Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator, Program Marketing in Frederick, MD. You will work with the Director of Program Marketing to drive multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch, coordinating Creative, Digital, Social, and Web teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will monitor progress, manage dependencies, and maintain schedules, with a focus on quality, compliance, and reporting. This role emphasizes hands-on execution and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing, communications, project coordination, or similar.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from initial request through final delivery with clear scope and timelines.
• Build and maintain project schedules and status updates in Wrike.
• Ensure campaigns meet brand, legal, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate across Creative, Digital, Social, Web, Email, PMO, Data, and Analytics teams.
