Job summary

The Sanborn Map Company is seeking a Marketing Specialist – Campaign Execution and Automation to translate CRO guidance into coordinated, measurable programs across our revenue verticals. You will own campaign operations, marketing automation, written communications, digital channels, lead management, and performance reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in integrated marketing, strong B2B campaign management, copywriting and analytics, and experience with CRM and marketing-automation

Qualifications

• Strong B2B campaign-management, copywriting, editing, digital-marketing, project-management, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM and marketing-automation platforms, content-management systems, email marketing, website analytics, social publishing, and webinar tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical services into clear messages for government and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate CRO-approved priorities into quarterly campaign workplans and monthly production schedules.
• Manage enterprise campaign themes and verticals across marketing programs.
• Prepare briefs detailing audience, use case, offer, channels, and KPIs.
• Coordinate content inputs and deadlines across internal stakeholders.
• Maintain editorial and campaign calendars and change-control processes.
• Administer marketing automation and CRM functions including segmentation and email deployment.
• Maintain lead routing and ensure handoffs to owners.
• Track engagement and identify follow-up needs with sales.
• Publish and optimize campaign pages and digital assets.
• Maintain dashboards and conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
