KLDiscovery, Inc. is seeking a creative marketing campaign lead to join our growing team in McLean, VA.

You will coordinate campaigns and events spanning digital and live channels, delivering measurable results and collaborating with sales to drive demand. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and 3–5 years of experience, with a passion for technology, data-driven decision making, and strong project management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Three to five years of marketing experience, including internships, campaign support, or event coordination.
• Interest or experience in the technology or software industry preferred.
• Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and/or event planning/coordination preferred.
• Well-rounded marketing interests including lead generation, marketing communications, content marketing, digital marketing, programs, or events.
• Strong organizational and project management instincts.

Aufgaben

• Support cross-functional marketing teams in managing campaign and event timelines, deliverables, budgets, and project objectives.
• Help plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and event channels, including webinars and field/regional events.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue, vendors, registration tracking, booth/collateral coordination, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.
• Assist in analyzing campaign and event performance across activation channels and surface recommendations to optimize results.
• Support development of marketing content, including emails, social media content, and event promotional materials.
• Partner with sales to collect feedback, activate, and report on campaign/event effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs across campaigns and events and contribute insights to improve ROI.
• Identify opportunities to streamline marketing analysis, activation, and event-planning processes.
• Stay current on digital and event marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
