Job summary

Aquent is seeking a highly organized delivery lead in Plano, TX to orchestrate complex client programs during a fixed-term engagement. You will ensure seamless execution, maintain clear visibility, and safeguard client success through precise schedule management.

You will enforce schedule accuracy in Adobe Workfront, identify and escalate risks early, and work closely with creative, data, and production teams to keep initiatives on track during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing delivery schedules, production pipelines, or PMO operations for multiple simultaneous clients or complex programs.
• Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Adobe Workfront, specifically in managing client dates, task dependencies, and dynamic project templates.
• Demonstrated track record of identifying operational bottlenecks early and implementing proactive escalation paths.
• A fully dedicated resource available for a rapid start to support a critical fixed-term engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational oversight across all client programs from strategy handoff to final campaign execution.
• Enforce accuracy for completion dates, schedule logic, and cross-team dependencies within Adobe Workfront.
• Proactively identify schedule drift, capacity bottlenecks, or missing inputs and escalate to leads and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate daily with creative, data, and production teams to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing progress across all delivery phases.
• Document date-tracking methodologies, escalation protocols, and standard workflows for smooth transition post-engagement.
