Job summary

The Catholic Community Foundation seeks a Campaign Coordinator (Contract) in New Orleans to drive the Our City, Our Cathedral Campaign forward. You will manage donor activity, prepare briefing materials, and support events and communications alongside campaign leadership.

The role focuses on on-site coordination, records management, and maintaining a master calendar for donor interactions as the campaign enters a public phase.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in nonprofit development, campaign support, or senior office coordination.
• Hands-on experience with a donor management system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with the Executive Director and Campaign Director on priorities, donor activity, and timelines.
• Prepare donor briefing materials, meeting agendas, call lists, and follow-up notes.
• Track prospect and donor activity, next steps, and solicitation progress for leadership review.
• Maintain the master campaign calendar with donor meetings, events, and milestones.
• Coordinate with committees and volunteers on scheduling, materials, and meeting minutes.
• Enter and track gifts, pledges, and payments in the donor system with data integrity.
• Prepare acknowledgments and manage reminders and payment schedules.
• Provide logistical support for donor events and communications, including updates and collateral.
