Job summary

The Old Globe in San Diego is seeking a highly organized Campaign Coordinator to support a major fundraising campaign for a reimagined campus in Balboa Park. This full-time role provides administrative support to senior leadership, board members, and internal stakeholders, ensuring campaigns stay on track.

The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and passionate about the performing arts, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, development, project coordination, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfort working with databases/CRM systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the campaign, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting notes and action items.
• Coordinate logistics for campaign-related meetings, donor briefings, cultivation and stewardship events, and site visits.
• Help track and manage campaign timelines, naming and recognition inventory, milestones, and deliverables to support on-time execution.
