The Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing volunteer initiatives across the country, tracking campaign participation, and supporting internal communications related to community engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate volunteer opportunities with nonprofit partners on a national scale
- Support employees in navigating the internal volunteer platform, including posting projects, conducting trainings, and tracking volunteer hours
- Generate and manage daily and ad hoc reports using Excel (including pivot tables) to monitor campaign participation
- Collaborate with volunteer project leads to confirm logistics, share key information, and ensure accurate tracking of volunteer hours
- Oversee logistics for both on-site and off-site volunteer events, including materials management (light lifting of 5–15 lbs) and occasional evening support during peak periods
- Assist with event execution, including volunteer check-in, coordination, and distribution of materials
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email from employees and nonprofit partners
- Provide ongoing support for community engagement campaigns and assist with additional program-related initiatives as needed
