Job description

Lead statewide civic engagement and issue campaigns.

Coordinate voter engagement, leadership development, coalition building, campaign planning, and community organizing efforts that build the political power of immigrant and working-class communities across New Mexico.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

Manage campaign strategy, support organizers, oversee voter outreach programs, track campaign outcomes, facilitate trainings, strengthen partnerships, and represent Somos in coalitions and community events.

Other Information/Requirements:

Bilingual English/Spanish required. Experience in community organizing, civic engagement, advocacy, campaigns, or leadership development preferred. Strong communication and project management skills required. Commitment to social, economic, and racial justice. Valid driver's license and statewide travel required.

Base salary starts at $60,000 and is dependent on qualifications and experience.
