The Campaign Scheduler role focuses on managing the candidate's calendar, booking events, and ensuring timely, well-prepared appearances. You will work closely with the candidate, campaign staff, volunteers, community organizations, and event hosts.

This position requires exceptional organization, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving campaign. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with discreet handling of confidential information.

Qualificações

• Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable coordinating with campaign staff, volunteers, and community leaders.
• Experience with scheduling, events, or executive support is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the candidate's campaign calendar with accuracy.
• Schedule events, interviews, fundraisers, and appearances and confirm details.
• Coordinate with hosts, staff, volunteers, and partners to align schedules.
• Provide event information, addresses, parking, attendees, and dress expectations.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly and follow up on invitations.
• Support day-of logistics and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts.
• Track attendance and ensure post-event follow-up.
