Caireformadison is seeking a Candidate Engagement Coordinator to work closely with the candidate and help ensure campaign events, meetings, and appearances run smoothly.

This hands-on, highly organized role requires reliability, discretion, and the ability to manage schedules, logistics, and communications in a fast-moving campaign environment. You will represent the campaign publicly and support event setup, sign-in, materials, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Attend campaign events, meetings, and appearances and help keep on schedule.
• Coordinate arrival, parking, and logistical needs for events.
• Ensure candidate has information and materials for each event.
• Communicate schedule changes to the candidate and campaign manager.
• Set up and manage event materials, sign-in, and attendee direction.
• Assist with photographs, introductions, and speaking order as needed.
• Maintain organized campaign materials and track event details and follow-up needs.
• Identify and address logistical issues before they become problems.
