Job summary

Easter Seals NH, Inc. is hiring Support Staff for Camp Sno-Mo in Gilmanton Hidden Valley, NH. This full-time seasonal role supports cleaning, housekeeping, and general camp operations to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for campers, counselors, and visitors.

Compensation for the 2027 camp season is $3,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 403(b) match, PTO, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs. Training and schedule details provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and infection control preferred.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations preferred.
• Ability to work independently while following policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work split shifts throughout the day and evening.
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and floor care across assigned areas.
• Clean and service hallways, common areas, and rooms regularly per standards.
• Complete laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and stocking linens.
• Meet program standards for guest rooms, spaces, and lobby to ensure cleanliness.
• Inform Camp Administration of inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
• Maintain quality control to meet licensing and operating standards.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
• Report safety and maintenance concerns to Camp Admin.
• Collaborate with Camp Admin and Counselors for efficient operations.
• Maintain a respectful attitude toward coworkers and campers.
