Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa seeks a dynamic Camp Hyatt Recreation Attendant to create and run engaging activities for young campers. You will lead outdoor adventures, arts and crafts, and sports, ensuring a fun and safe environment during on-call shifts.

The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced resort setting, with opportunities to grow within Hyatt’s recreation program.

Qualifications

• Prior experience caring for children of all ages is preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working primarily in an outdoor environment under varying weather conditions.
• Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must present appropriate grooming, dress, poise, and social etiquette.
• Ability to work independently as well as with others.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead recreational activities for children of all ages.
• Oversee multiple activity areas simultaneously and foster a fun, interactive atmosphere.
• Engage with campers and provide excellent guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of camp areas and equipment.
• Monitor campers’ safety and enforce safety rules.
• Set up and break down equipment for activities and events.
• Share information about camp amenities and activities with campers.
• Assist in planning and executing special events and programs for campers.
• Handle camper inquiries and concerns professionally.
