Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX is seeking a friendly Recreation Attendant to lead daily activities, host games, promote resort events, and create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

If you are energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to groups, you will help set up activity areas, ensure guest safety, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, entertainment, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to stand, walk, and participate in recreational activities for extended periods.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate daily recreational activities and special events for guests.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to encourage participation.
• Promote resort activities, amenities, and scheduled events throughout the property.
• Set up, maintain, and clean activity areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests by following established procedures and guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address guest questions and concerns.
• Assist with seasonal programs, holiday events, poolside activities, and family-focused entertainment.
• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
