Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Camp Supervisor for a long-term contract in Bagdad, Arizona, reporting to the Support Services manager. The role focuses on managing camp facilities to meet company standards and align activities with business goals.

Responsibilities include planning and executing the camp schedule, overseeing the camp services provider, ensuring contract compliance and high service standards, and coordinating accommodations, transport, catering, offices, and IT while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality business or equivalent training/experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 12 years progressive experience in camps field.
• Self-starter with strong business ethics and high productivity.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage camp facilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the project camp schedule to align with the Project schedule.
• Work with the camp services provider to implement camp rules and regulations.
• Establish and manage camp services for all phases including transportation, accommodation, catering, offices, IT, etc.
