Essential functions include analyzing contracts for scope and risk, monitoring compliance, and guiding the team to ensure consistency across multiple contract packages.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in contracts management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial contracts management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts to identify requirements, risks, and deviations.
• Develop mechanisms to monitor contract term compliance.
• Guide project team for consistent contract administration across packages.
• Identify and manage contract claims and timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support contract governance and interfaces.
• Provide reviews of contract commitments and payments positions.
• Ensure compliance with insurance provisions and governance requirements.
• Provide guidance and reporting to the Project Management team.
