Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of LBBC's kitchen under the Food Service Director's direction.
• Assist with meal preparation for various sized groups.
• Ensure a presentable and professional mealtime experience for guests.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow sanitation, food storage, and food preparation regulations.
