The Salvation Army is seeking a full-time Food Services worker in Calabasas, CA to assist the Food Service Manager in preparing and serving nutritious meals. You will help maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining hall, dish room, and storage areas, following health code procedures.

Requirements include at least 18 years old, a California Food Handler’s Certificate, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of food preparation, serving, storage, and dishwashing procedures.
• Knowledge of Health Department Sanitation Time and Temperature rules.

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily camp food service operations.
• Prepare and serve food, including items prepared and packaged for use outside dining hall.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining hall, dish room, and storage areas.
• Follow health and safety procedures and dress code.
