Job summary

The OKAG Network is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented groundskeeper to join Camp Cargill on a full-time basis. The role focuses on keeping the camp grounds clean, safe, and visually appealing for guests and groups throughout the year.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, debris removal, and equipment upkeep, with training provided as needed to ensure high standards of property maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in landscaping/groundskeeping is a plus but not required.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and trim weeds in assigned areas.
• Inspect and remove debris and trash from grounds.
• Empty trash/recycling containers throughout the property.
• Trim and maintain bushes, shrubs, and hedges for neat appearance.
• Plant and maintain trees, flowers, and shrubs as needed.
• Maintain landscaping equipment and power tools.
