Job summary

Big-Brothers-Big-Sister is seeking a motivated maintenance worker to perform a variety of groundskeeping and building tasks at Camp Oty’Okwa. You will help maintain safe, clean, and welcoming facilities for campers, staff, and events.

You will operate basic tools and equipment, perform routine repairs, and assist with site upkeep, landscaping, and grounds projects, including seasonal tasks as needed. This role requires a HS diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance/grounds experience,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; one year of maintenance/grounds experience preferred.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Knowledge of basic groundskeeping and building maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs buildings, utilities, trails, and grounds.
• Operates riding and small power mowers; weed eaters; hand tools.
• Transports supplies and materials using vehicles.
• Performs routine maintenance and landscape upkeep; supports seasonal tasks as needed.
