Pine Springs Ranch Christian Youth Camp and Retreat Center is seeking a Food Service Director to oversee all aspects of food service operations year-round, including menu planning, purchasing, meal prep, service, budgeting, and staff supervision.

The role emphasizes nutritious, appealing meals, strong leadership, safe food handling, inventory management, and maintaining facilities; on-site residency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in food service management, culinary arts, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Culinary arts certificate or related certification may qualify with experience.
• Equivalent education/training/experience considered for degree absence.

Responsabilidades

• Plan nutritious, balanced menus and manage purchasing.
• Oversee budgeting and cost controls for food service.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff (regular, on-call, seasonal).
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, inventory, and proper storage.
• Coordinate catering for banquets and special events.
• Oversee on-site kitchen, dining areas, and related facilities.
