Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at a rural summer camp.

This on-site, live-in position oversees daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will lead FOH and kitchen teams, ensure scratch cooking standards, manage inventory and orders, and maintain strict food allergy protocols while partnering with camp leadership and Wolfoods

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; allergens training required before start date.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee culinary operations, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Administer inventory, food orders, budgets, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, leadership, and Wolfoods office.
