Job summary

Northwestern Settlement's House In The Wood is seeking an Operations Associate (Year-Round) in Delavan, Wisconsin. This on-site role oversees facilities, maintenance, and event logistics to support the camp programs.

Reporting to the Director of House in the Wood, you will coordinate with vendors, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and manage inventory and procurement to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, logistics, or operations.
• Preferred: camp, outdoor education, or non-profit setting.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and collaborate with staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of camp buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and prioritize facility improvements.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and routine servicing.
• Assist with event setup/teardown and inventory tracking.
