Job summary

JCC Greater Boston is seeking a Grossman Facilities Manager to oversee year‑round maintenance, safety, and facilities operations at Camp Grossman. You’ll coordinate preventative maintenance, vendor services, and seasonal openings, while ensuring safe, functional properties for campers and staff.

This regular full‑time, exempt role offers a competitive starting pay range of $75,500 - $80,000 per year, great perks, and an in‑person work environment valued by a diverse, mission‑driven community.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma and 5-10+ years’ maintenance/repair/custodial experience.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry preferred.
• Ability to operate basic heavy machinery and drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and maintain Camp Grossman facilities, grounds and equipment year‑round.
• Manage outside contractors and facilities projects to ensure safe, timely completion and payments.
• Monitor safety, compliance and risk management requirements/needs.
• Provide multi-site maintenance support as assigned by the Facilities Director.
• Supervise a 2–3 person seasonal crew for maintenance and grounds tasks.
