The manager will coordinate planning, staffing, safety, and community outreach, working closely with the marketing team to increase enrollment and engagement across youth programming while upholding Jewish values

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of summer camp experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and support camp staff.

• Plan and administer summer camp operations reflecting Jewish values.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and assist with hiring camp staff.
• Plan daily activities, weekly programming, and special events; ensure licensing compliance.
• Ensure camper and family relations; manage expectations and orientations.
• Enforce safety policies and coordinate end-of-season wrap-up and evaluations.
