Job summary

Blackberry Farm is seeking a Camp Blackberry Supervisor to ensure our youngest guests have a superb experience in the Camp Blackberry, Youth Blackberry Discovery, and Blackberry Art Programs. You will lead the Camp Blackberry staff and ensure safety and engagement across activities.

You will create annual activity schedules, develop curricula, train counselors, and coordinate with Food & Beverage and Marketing to promote programs. A strong emphasis is placed on guest satisfaction and team morale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Elementary Education, Child Development or related field; college degree preferred.
• CPR and Lifeguard certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet campers, parents and guests and act as liaison between campers and Blackberry.
• Plan and manage a year-long activity schedule.
• Train, oversee, and schedule Camp Counselors.
• Oversee groups of children up to 35 people.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage for meals and with Marketing to promote programs.
• Create curricula for Camp Blackberry year-over-year.
• Maintain guest databases and ensure safety and care expectations.
