Job summary

Blackberry Farm, LLC. in Walland, TN seeks a Camp Blackberry Supervisor to ensure an outstanding camper experience across Camp Blackberry, Youth Blackberry Discovery, and Blackberry Art Programs. You will lead the Camp Blackberry staff and coordinate daily activities.

Responsibilities include scheduling, curriculum planning, inventory management, staff training, and ensuring guest satisfaction. 3–5 years in Elementary Education or Child Development are preferred, CPR/Life Guard certifications

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Elementary Education or Child Development
• CPR Certification and Lifeguard Certification preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word and basic computer skills
• Strong communication with guests and fellow staff
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet campers, parents and guests; act as liaison between campers’ parents and Blackberry
• Manage a working activity schedule for the year as needed
• Plan specific activities for day-to-day operations
• Create a curriculum for year-to-year use of Camp Blackberry
• Maintain a database of past, present, and future Camp Campers
• Train, oversee, and schedule Camp Counselors
• Oversee groups of children up to 35 people
• Coordinate meals with Food and Beverage departments
• Coordinate with Marketing the promotion of Camp Blackberry and other programs
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures
