URGENT FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced Camp Director to lead the complete operation of a remote workforce housing community serving up to 2,000 residents in West Texas. The Camp Director provides senior on site leadership and is accountable for the resident experience, client relationship, safety culture, service quality, business performance and coordinated delivery of guest services, housekeeping, laundry, janitorial, maintenance, food service, security, HSE, administration and resident programs. This role leads internal employees, subcontractors and service partners through clear operating standards, disciplined performance management and a strong hospitality culture, all in an effort to deliver a safe, welcoming and reliable community. This position is based at the West Texas camp and is not remote or hybrid.
