Job summary

Five and Fly in Monahans, TX seeks a Guest Services Lead to direct daily front-of-house operations at a remote workforce housing community serving up to 2,000 residents. Reporting to Camp Manager, you oversee check-in/out, room assignments, resident communication, service requests, and team performance to ensure professional resident experiences on site 24/7.

This on-site role requires a bachelor’s in hospitality or related field and at least 4 years in guest services, with 2 years leading staff

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years in guest services or similar roles.
• Experience leading staff in a shift-based environment is required.
• Experience with occupancy tracking, room assignments, and service resolutions is preferred.
• On-site role in remote West Texas with 12-hour day or night shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs the guest services team on the assigned shift, including scheduling and coaching.
• Manages high-volume check-in/check-out, room readiness verification, and accommodation assignments.
• Maintains real-time occupancy tracking, room status boards, and daily logs for arrivals/departures and service requests.
• Serves as primary on-site contact for resident inquiries and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.
• Conducts shift briefings and handoffs with occupancy, readiness, and pending requests details.
• Coordinates with housekeeping, maintenance, and administration on room turns and access control.
• Monitors service quality, documents deficiencies, and escalates issues to Camp Manager.
• Prepares shift reports for occupancy, service volume, and incidents.
