Job summary

The Lemoine Company, LLC is seeking a Camp Director to lead the complete operation of a remote workforce housing community in West Texas, hosting up to 2,000 residents. This on-site leadership role oversees guest services, housekeeping, security, maintenance and administration to deliver a safe, welcoming and reliable community.

Responsibilities include directing Camp Managers, maintaining budgets, ensuring compliance, and reporting on occupancy, safety and service performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in hospitality, camp operations or related site services, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading a 24/7 remote workforce housing serving at least 1,000 residents; experience up to 2,000 preferred.
• Proven ability to lead internal staff and manage subcontractors/service partners for scope, staffing, safety, quality and cost.
• Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance and the full range of hospitality functions (guest services, housekeeping, laundry, security, HSE).
• Experience managing budgets, labor plans, vendors, KPIs, reporting and corrective actions.
• Excellent judgment, communication and client relationship skills; able to work under pressure.
• On-site availability at West Texas camp; nights/weekends and emergency response.
• Ability to work in a remote austere West Texas environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads all camp operation aspects, coordinating staffing, shift coverage and readiness across departments.
• Directs Camp Managers and leaders, setting clear expectations and developing a capable leadership team.
• Reports on occupancy, staffing, safety, resident experience, work orders, cost, risk and performance.
• Fosters a hospitality culture prioritizing guest-ready rooms, dining and resident communications.
• Enforces subcontractor requirements, performance, quality standards and invoicing with timely remediation.
• Oversees maintenance, repairs, life safety inspections and emergency response for camp infrastructure.
• Manages budgets, forecasts, procurement, inventory and cost controls while safeguarding resident experience.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, incident response and business continuity.
