Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking team members to supervise and engage campers aged 4–12, guiding them through a day of creative activities at our Dallas location. You’ll supervise, encourage participation, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment where kids explore and learn through play.

Ideal candidates are 16+, with camp experience and First Aid/CPR certification. Expect shifts during the camp dates with proactive collaboration with the director to ensure smooth operations and memorable

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience with camp–age children (1 year preferred).
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Create and/or oversee activity spaces where campers self-select activities.
• Rotate through support roles and work with the local director to understand specific responsibilities.
