Job summary

Steve and Kate's Camps in Frisco, TX is seeking team members for our Field Trip program. Staff will supervise campers, chaperone bus trips to multiple stops, and help create a safe, engaging environment where kids can explore and express themselves.

Ideal candidates are motivated babysitters, teachers, coaches, students, artists, or anyone ready to play hard and be goofy. First Aid/CPR is required before Day 1, and some locations may require additional certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 months of experience working with camp-age children, in professional, personal, or volunteer settings.
• First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 of Camp (additional certifications may be required at some locations).

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness. Travel by bus to multiple stops with campers.
• Actively supervising campers and reporting notable concerns or incidents; maintain camper allergies and dietary restrictions awareness.
