Steve & Kate's Camp in Dallas is seeking energetic staff to supervise campers and guide them through creative, hands-on activities during a multi-day program.

Responsibilities include facilitating activities, ensuring safety, and collaborating with the local director to learn specific duties. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership while engaging with 4–12 year olds in a playful, educational environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Minimum 2 months experience with camp-age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1.
• Consent to Steve & Kate's use of email or text for communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Oversee activity spaces and rotate support roles.
• Coordinate with the local director to understand specific responsibilities.
• Maintain organized activity spaces and supervise campers.
