Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) in Tualatin, Oregon is seeking a CAM Engineer with heavy CNC fabrication experience to define metal processes, program CNC equipment, and select tooling for prototypes.
You will translate SolidWorks drawings to CAM programs, validate designs for manufacturability, develop SOPs, and collaborate across design, fabrication, and QA teams to deliver high-quality components.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CAM Engineer with heavy experience on CNC Fabrication to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the metal process, programming CNC equipment and selecting tooling to fabricate functional prototypes using advanced manufacturing protocols and tools. This role is crucial to ensure that our team has the guidance and support needed to develop products that meet quality and performance standards.
