Job summary

UW-Madison's CALS Scholarship Manager role focuses on managing the CALS scholarship portfolio, including development, awarding, and stewardship. You will coordinate with campus partners, UW Foundation, and CALS Business Services to ensure accurate fund management and donor alignment.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, implementation, stewardship, awarding, and maintenance of CALS scholarships.
• Manages scholarship processes within the campus scholarship management system (WiSH).
• Ensures scholarship processes meet recruitment/retention goals and donor intent.
• Coordinates fund management, budgeting, and award reconciliation with UW Foundation and CALS units.
• Serves as CALS point-of-contact for scholarship questions from students and families.
