• Payrate: $13 / hr on W2 while on CONTRACT; increment when permanent

Responsibilities

• The person would be taking all inbound calls from troubleshooting, complaints, technical issues, etc.
• Would be resolving customer issues.

Qualifications

• Desire previous experience in a call center environment or retail; this is preferred but not required
• Must be able to communicate well on the phone
• Must be technically competent with a technical aptitude
• Must be able to type 40 WPM (testing will be required)

Other Job Details

• 3 months contract to hire. First 2 months will be classroom training; then after a month, contract converts permanent. Eligible for benefits day 1 of conversion
• Candidates must be flexible with days and shifts between 6 a.m. and Midnight
• During training period, they will work daylight hours only
• There will be a shift lottery for the 6 a.m. to midnight window; shift for 90 days, with 90-day re-lottery. Allocation is 70% Performance and 30% Seniority
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to start October 5th
