Job summary

Coforge Limited in Augusta, GA is seeking a motivated Trainer / Learning Specialist to deliver engaging training programs, develop content, and support continuous learning for new hires and seasoned staff. This onsite role requires facilitating in-person and virtual sessions, creating materials, evaluating performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive compliant and developmental learning.

A bachelor's degree and at least two years of training experience, plus proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 CEFR).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a training, coaching, or learning delivery environment.
• Experience facilitating training for both onsite and virtual teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructor-led trainings (onsite and virtual).
• Publish training performance reports promptly.
• Drive training completion for compliance and developmental programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide recommendations with guidance from Training Leadership.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and quality teams on training requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement training materials (presentations, manuals, guides, tests, e-learning, scripts).
• Create assessments and measurement tools to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain learning content libraries and reusable assets.
• Complete Coforge Trainer Certification and client-required programs.

Job Summary

Coforge is seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer / Learning Specialist to join our team in Augusta, GA. This onsite role is responsible for delivering engaging training programs, developing learning content, evaluating employee performance, and supporting continuous learning initiatives for both new hires and tenured employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, both virtual and face-to-face, for new hires and existing employees.
• Document, maintain, and publish training performance reports in a timely manner.
• Drive training completion for compliance and developmental learning programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge, skill, and behavioral gaps.
• Evaluate learner performance through assessments, observations, and other available tools, and provide recommendations under the guidance of Training Leadership.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and quality teams to align process updates and training requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement training materials, including:
  • Presentations
  • Manuals and job aids
  • Checklists
  • Tests and quizzes
  • Scripts
  • E-learning modules
  • Role-play exercises
  • Audio and video content
• Create learning assessments, scenarios, simulations, and measurement tools to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain and update learning content libraries and reusable training assets.
• Successfully complete Coforge Trainer Certification and any client-required certification programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and content development tools.
• Training content development and instructional design experience.
