The Trainer & Facilitator will be responsible for presenting training content, leading classroom and virtual learning experiences, and reinforcing key behaviors that drive performance.The ideal candidate thrives in a **global training environment** and is comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, including call-center agents, brand ambassadors, team leaders, operational leaders, and clients.
