The role requires leadership in a fast-paced contact center, with evening/Saturday coverage and a proactive coaching approach to meet targets. Salary is $21/hour with a possible monthly bonus up to $600.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of contact center leadership, or 1+ year leadership with direct collections experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach to numeric targets with auditable documentation.
• Onsite full-time at Port St. Lucie, FL with evening and Saturday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to meet and exceed performance, quality, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Monitor and coach agents on calls to improve metrics and service levels.
• Manage daily shift operations and ensure 80% of time is spent on team management as per TOPS.
