Job summary

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Call Center Service Agent at Evergreen Mortuary, Cemetery & Crematory in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, route inquiries, provide pricing information to client families, and schedule appointments, while managing the service and appointment calendar.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and basic computer knowledge (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel).
