Job summary

Remote Talent Cloud is seeking a Call Center Sales Representative to drive revenue by connecting customers with products and services that meet their needs. This fully remote role requires you to be located in the United States and to communicate clearly and persuasively.

You will handle outbound and inbound calls, identify needs, present solutions, and aim to meet sales targets while maintaining accurate records and staying updated on offerings.

• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions

• Addressing customer questions and objections to close sales effectively
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Staying up to date on product offerings, promotions, and sales strategies
• Collaborating with teammates and sharing insights to continuously improve sales performance

Requirements

We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales-driven mindset and strong communication skills.

• This is a fully remote position, but you must be located within the United States
• Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading the English language
• A reliable Internet connection and computer
• A confident, professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• The ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office
• Previous sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required
