Job description

Our agents earn an hourly base pay of $18.00, plus lucrative commissions and incentives, targeting an hourly earning of $26.19 or $54,471 annually. Top performers can earn up to $81,000 plus incentives. Employees may also qualify for free internet, TV, and phone services (restrictions apply).

JOB SUMMARY

Maximize sales opportunities by effectively handling inbound sales calls to acquire new customers and upsell existing customers with additional products and services.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  2. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and courtesy during all transactions.
  3. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals using sound telephone sales techniques.
  4. Respond promptly to inbound sales calls, adhering to call handling metrics such as productive time, schedule adherence, handle time, and after-call work.
  5. Sell products and services effectively, maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Learn and master order processing and billing systems related to sales order entry and inquiries.
  7. Understand and clearly explain all products and services to customers.
  8. Stay informed about competitors' pricing and offerings for effective comparison discussions.
  9. Promote current marketing campaigns and promotions.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  1. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  2. Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  3. Apply sales techniques and achieve sales goals.
  4. Demonstrated skills in computer use and consumer electronics.
  5. Ability to use billing systems and related software.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Good organizational and prioritization skills.
  8. Judgment and initiative in job duties.
  9. Knowledge of cable communication products and services, including TV, internet, and voice.
  10. Ability to work at a workstation for extended periods.
  11. Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Two years of call center sales experience preferred.
