As an Inside Sales Representative at WWT, you'll work within a high-performing team, owning the full scope of business, understanding customer and business needs, and mastering the quote-to-cash process. This role offers a clear career path in a growing IT field, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support all quoting and order management activities within assigned accounts
  • Utilize internal systems and processes, understand our go-to-market strategy, and partner-facing applications
  • Respond accurately to customer requests within specified timeframes
  • Maintain strong knowledge of assigned accounts and OEM products/services
  • Use WWT tools and partner applications to build and validate configurations
  • Understand supply sources and quote/order processes
  • Leverage product promotions and rebates
  • Understand the partner registration process
  • Identify upselling opportunities
  • Provide detailed reports to stakeholders
  • Assist and mentor new team members
